Followup on file size question

Been trying to reach you about this last week and wondered if maybe you weren’t seeing my followup messages about PDF converter.
Here’s the question I have about it:
I’ve established that the PDF to be converted isn’t protected per your question. I
I have now built the API call into my prototype app in the hopes that the size error may be a function of the testing rather than of the api itself. It works with a smaller doc such as the Bitcoin Whitepaper used in one of the tutorial videos about the api. However, now I’m getting this error from Bubble when I try to convert the 14 MB file:

Hello, I am so sory for the late response. So you need me to adjust the size limit for the service isn’t it? Got it, I will be working on that this week even though you might use another API for your need. Thanks for the input.
