Error while processing the image as base64 and binary image data

Question

While processing the image in binary format I am getting the following error
{"hasError":true,"statusCode":400,"statusMessage":"There aren't any files in Request."}

and while processing the image in base64 I am getting the below error
{"statusCode":452,"statusMessage":"Upload Image File","hasError":true}

In base64 I have tried converting the image to bytes data and string data also, both the formats havent worked for me
