PDF Converter doesn't work over 10 MB (or w/photos in docs)

Hi there!
This converter doesn’t work on a 14 MB PDF that includes text and photos. Is there a reason for that? Is there a size or media type limitation? It seems to work with smaller file and ones without photos. Can you advise on how to make it work?

I have now built the API call into my prototype app in the hopes that the size error may be a function of the testing rather than of the api itself. It works with a smaller doc such as the Bitcoin Whitepaper used in one of the tutorial videos about the api. However, now I’m getting this error from Bubble when I try to convert the 14 MB file:

Hey Paul, thank you for reaching me out. That error happened because something was failed to be converted or there was protected pdf being uploaded. Have you checked on this? If you did, I am afraid I need more time to check on this later 😃
