Do get_sign headers work with all API Routes?

I have a problem with API endpoint : https://api32-core-useast2a.tiktokv.com/aweme/v1/user/profile/other/

with X-Argus and other X headers generated with this API. It just returns an empty string. I wonder if these headers work with this endpoint or no?
