Seems like a lot of shows have broken image links. Is this a new issue?

Hadn’t noticed before, or was lucky enough to never think to search for shows that didn’t have working images, but as of today it seems like a LOT of shows return 500 for the image sources. Is this being looked into? Possible fix coming soon?
