Hello,
Until recently, we were seeing the correct content ID for movie “A Bug’s Life” 43f04a17-17ba-446b-bce1-b2d5df624603 on Disney+. The URL used to be “url”:“https://www.disneyplus.com/video/43f04a17-17ba-446b-bce1-b2d5df624603”
Today we are seeing this URL:
“url”:“https://www.disneyplus.com/movies/a-bugs-life/2kV0c48TF0Ea”
Could you tell us what changed and could you please fix this? The previous value is accurate.
Thank you!

Hi,
The URL we receive in the feed must have changed and it is valid as far as I can make out i.e. points to Bug’s Life on Disney+. So I don’t think there is anything to fix per-se.
I appreciate this is problematic if you are extracting the ID from the URL as seems to be the case. However, the only consistent identifiers we provide in the data model are “id” and “source_ids” (although out of our control should be stable).
Please could you outline your use-case and I’d be happy to help try figure out a solution.
Warm regards,
Ben
