Hello there,
I recently subscribed to this API to start pulling Premier League Live Scores, and when testing the endpoint, got a 200 response code with the below message:

“error”:“You accout is temporarily suspended as it is under investigation for internal policy violation. If you think this is an error open a support ticket.”

Please let me know if you need further information and/or what I would need to do to rectify this and get a new API key for my API dashboard.
