A few facts about Backtrack…

• There is a rate limit enforced on the service side, not on Rapid. I can adjust on request.
• The core of this service is based on Backtrack Slack Bot and has been in use since 2016. This API is new and separate from that deployment.
• There is a simple Telegram Bot using this service @TrackShipmentsBot. The bot has its own route to the API and so will not count against your Rapid quota.
• Work in flight includes notifications through webhooks, white box tracking page for individual shipments, and a site to manage and report on shipments.
