Implement language filter on search endpoint

It would be very useful if we could filter the tweets by language. I understand that it is a fairly common feature on other Twitter apis, so i believe that it shouldn't be too complicated to implement.

Hello,

I've decided not to put it as a separate parameter as it is possible to filter the results using the query parameter.
For example to find tweets that are marked as a french language you can use the search query like "cybertruck lang:fr".
