Hello,
if a user paints a smiley on a white paper with a black pen, the API recognizes it as a face.

Hi there!
FaceRect is designed to detect human faces on photos, however smiley may be detected as a face by coincidence. False positives sometimes occur because no machine learning algorithm is perfect.
