We’ve a 5 rps plan activated for the API. I wanted to understand the strategy defined for rate limit. Currently, we start getting 429(rate limti) from rapid API servers as soon as we try to hit more concurrent requests.
To avoid these errors, we need to design a workaround and for that we need answers for following questions:

1. Does rate limit blocks the IP or API token
2. In case of rate limit excceeds, for how long the API will return 429?
