Can i use this Local Business Data for my business?

Hi there, i want to collect all of restaurants data and display it inside my app via Google Map SDK of the app. Can it be used in this case ? is there any data policy from Google Map that i need to avoid ?

I am not aware of such policy. In fact, this is one of the main use cases of the API we are seeing peoiple use it (we actually used it too in a similar way, for another project).
