1. If post has only one image/video then in the response main_media_hd is HD url of that image/video.
2. If post has more than one image/video then in the response main_media_hd is HD url of first image/video and child_medias_hd contains all HD image/video urls.
3. For reel, main_media_hd is HD url of that reel video.
