Ok… Just tell them you spoke with me and I said to forgive the overage… Then they will email me and I will validate it

I’ve been charged $350 (plus the normal $25) for going over the daily usage. I got an email yesterday (16th) around 4pm saying I was over, then one 10min later saying I was at 85% then another around 7pm saying I was over.

After the first one I made some changes to stop it happening. Then today I they took the payment. I looked into the usage in the billing area and I was over on 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th - average of $85 a day or so. Yet no emails at all for the other days, the only emails were after 4 days and even then they were sending conflicting messages 😕
