Track your booking updates and milestones with our Track & Trace API. Use our flight UUID or AWB endpoints for your shipment details. Stay informed effortlessly with our tracking subscription service.

Effortlessly monitor the status and measure the carbon footprint of your Air Cargo shipments across a vast network of over 190 airlines with the Track & Trace API.

For ad-hoc requests and single-instance tracking updates, please utilize our Pull tracking model. With our Track & Trace by Flight UUID, you can make ad-hoc requests for updates on your booking status, flight itinerary, and shipment details. If you prefer to make ad-hoc requests for tracking milestones associated with your booking, our Track & Trace by AWB feature is here to assist you to stay informed about important milestones such as departure, arrival, and customs clearance.

For those who wish to remain seamlessly informed without missing any updates, we offer a convenient Tracking Subscription endpoint (Push tracking model). By subscribing, you’ll receive tracking updates directly on your preferred channel, be it through a URL or via email. Additionally, you are able to unsubscribe from updates any time via our Tracking Unsubscription endpoint.

Track & Trace by Flight UUID

This API endpoint is tailored to deliver extensive updates and details concerning flight itineraries and modifications to shipments linked with their airfreight consignments, providing visibility from the initial stage to departure. Facilitating monitoring of pivotal events and updates, it ensures users remain informed about any alterations to their bookings.

Utilize this endpoint to obtain booking confirmation if not automatically confirmed during the booking creation stage. Additionally, the endpoint serves as a valuable tool to retrieve all updates made to flight itineraries or shipment details.

  • To expedite booking confirmation for pending requests, continue utilizing this endpoint.
  • Easily retrieve the AWB number associated with your booking using this endpoint.
  • Even after confirmation, leverage this endpoint for flight and shipment updates until departure.
  • For subsequent stages or tracking details, utilize the tracking by AWB endpoint.

Track & Trace by AWB

This API endpoint provides users with detailed information on key milestones in their airfreight shipments. The endpoint facilitates monitoring showing the shipment’s journey from origin to destination, enabling users to stay informed about the status and progress of their shipments throughout the whole transportation process.

This endpoint facilitates retrieving tracking events and milestones for any booking if the airline is covered by our tracking tools.

Below you can find the list of all possible tracking events and event codes.

Tracking Subscription

This API endpoint is designed for subscribing to our Track & Trace updates. By providing a URL or email address, you’ll seamlessly receive tracking updates directly from our system, eliminating the need to call our API.

Typically, updates are pushed on a regular basis, but the frequency may vary based on factors like the partner or the channel used.

When making a Tracking Subscription request, you can specify an API URL (sent via POST) or an email address, or both.

If you opt to receive updates solely via email, ensure the “url” field matches the email list field.

Please note: if you’re using our Tracking Subscription by URL feature, it’s important to know that we can’t take responsibility for your callback URL and its functionality. Everything from the integration to making sure your URL is working properly falls on you and your development team. We’re here to support you along the way, but just remember that this part is up to you!

Tracking Unsubscription

With this API endpoint you can seamlessly stop receiving tracking updates directly from our system by providing the subscribed URL or email address, should you wish to discontinue the service.

Once unsubscribed, you’ll no longer receive updates. However, you may resubscribe at any time to resume receiving updates.

Tracking Event Codes

Event Code - Description

BKD - Booked

This code indicates that booking has been made. Could also mean that there was an update on booking (changes in flight scheduling, booking modified, etc)

FWB - Electronic AWB

This code indicates that Electronic AWB is used to manage the shipment.

FOH - Freight on hand

This code indicates that shipment has been received from shipper.

RCS - Received from Shipper

This code indicates that shipment has been dropped off/collected from the shipper.

PRE - Shipment Prepared

This code indicates that shipment is prepared to be loaded onto the flight. Usually followed by BKD or DEP.

MAN - Manifested

This code indicates that shipment is ready to be loaded onto the flight.

DEP - Departed

This code indicates that flight (or another mode of transport, if recorded) has physically departed from its origin station. This can be interim location for flights with multiple legs.

ARR - Arrived

This code indicates that shipment is arrived at destination.

RCF - Received from Flight

This code indicates that shipment was unloaded from the flight, or another mode of transport, if recorded.

NFD - Consignee Notified

This code indicates that consignee has been notified, that shipment has arrived at destination and will soon be ready for collection.

AWD - Documentation Delivered

This code indicates that shipment documents have reached the destination.

DLV - Delivered

This code indicates that shipment is complete and delivered to consignee.

CLC - Cleared by Customs

This code indicates that shipment is cleared by customs.

CLD - Cargo Loaded

This code indicates that shipment has been loaded onto the flight.

RCT - Received from other airline

This code indicates that shipment is received from another carrier airline.

TFD - Transferred

This code indicates that shipment is transferred (could be to another carrier, another flight, or another area of the airport, depending on the airline).

TPL - Temperature Log

This code can occur at any point in the shipment (for temperature-sensitive loads).

SOH - Shipment on hold

This code indicates that shipment is being held by the airline for various reasons (including delays).

PDD - Predeclaration is done

This code indicates that shipment documentation was sent to the customs.
