AmericanFootball - Can not find API to get team Ids / leageId

Hey sorry if i am just incompetenent. But i really like this API, i just cant seem to find the API to give me Team IDs. Example id like to query https://americanfootballapi.p.rapidapi.com/api/american-football/team/4388/players but i have no idea which API to use to find the id 4388. You can use one endpoint of the following list:
->/api/american-football/matches/{day}/{month}/{year} - to get schedules of the day and from there team ids and league ids
->/api/american-football/search/{query} - to get a particular league, player or team by name
->/api/american-football/tournament/categories - to get categories(kind of countries or top level of the leagues)
->/api/american-football/tournament/all/category/{category_id} - to get all leagues inside category
->/api/american-football/tournament/{unique_tournament_id}/season/{season_id}/standings/total -> to get all teams and their standings in that season in the league
->/api/american-football/tournament/{unique_tournament_id}/seasons - to get all seasons of the league.
