API for getting MP3 is not working

Question

If I want to get mp3 for example for this video ID "NdYWuo9OFAw" , what is correct ID for Goo Goo Dolls - Iris song, I get the error code 404 Not Found.

The same behaviour is for all other YT videos which I tried.

Could you help me, pls?
