I want to fetch reviews from hotels.com

I want to fetch reviews of specified hotel_id from hotels.com. I am trying hotel id from hotels.com but in reviews api results no data fetched.

I have already done above process.I have get accurate hotels_id for hotel. But I unable to fetch the total reviews. Some reviews are missing as metioned above.

I am unable to fetch accurate results for hotels_id :- 13713
hotel name:- red roof vincennes
some of reviews are missing for example review on date :- 8 November 2023 written by Tracy
