API not working properly

Hello!
I have an api plan for downloading tiktok videos from RapidAPI.
After a certain time the application does not download the video.
But When I open the RapidAPI website and try to use it, testing the endpoint, the API works normally and my application backs to work again.

The video link has an expiration date, please download the video before the end of the video life cycle (about 6 hours), otherwise the link will be invalid
