Whois from terminal works fine. WHOIS from Zozor API returns blank fields. From another whois api provider, all fields normal.

We are aware of this type of issue with our Iota server.
Could you confirm the server that processed your response?
using forceRefresh fixes your API data - but that probably shouldn’t be happening. Maybe don’t cache invalid data?
