No ranking for hotel

Hello, I keep checking your API and I found a case where the ranking of a hotel is not being obtained, I attach all the details.

There is no chance as the information is not returned in the app version to get scanned.

I don't understand why for some we have the data, but for others we don't (I am doing initial tests with 10 properties and only 2 do not have it).
I am evaluating this API for a productive environment and would hire the most expensive plan, but this information is required for us.

Any chance to fix this?
