Unsubscribed Accidentally and charged twice Please Help!

Hello, we unsubscribed accidently, and then resubscribed hoping our $79 would be credited. It charged our account again. Please help. The first subscription for $79 was only a day ago. Please assist with a refund, also we where charged over $600 for over quota, any help on that is greatly appreciated.
