Status is 200 and success but no message received

Everything seems to be working fne but I did not receive any message. What could be the problem? I am from the Philippines.

i have include country code prefix for the destination numbers and response status code is 200, but i still did not receive my message, 
excuse me,is it because of the country? i want to send message to Taiwan number.
