We bought a $9.99 subscription.
But when I call the api I get an error

You have exceeded the MONTHLY quota for Requests on your current plan, BASIC. Upgrade your plan at https://rapidapi.com/genius-tools-genius-tools-default/api/paraphrase-genius

What is the problem?

You need to use the other key, using the $9.99 subscription, rather than using your basic key. Switch up to the correct key in the headers.
