Calling /v2/avgPricesByAdmins?country_code=FR&year=2024&month=01&admin1=Bourgogne-Franche-Comte&admin2=Yonne&admin3=Arrondissement%20de%20Sens gives me results. I do not use quotes. Using also admin4 gives me no results (probably too few properties to evaluate).
