Region ID Changes everytime when I parse JSON

Hey do you know the region ID (rid) changes everytime the JSON is parsed for a specific location. I am trying to pull all properties from a specific location but the region id keeps changing to regions that are not in the desired range. Would really appreciate some help thank you!
