You are interested in auction and garage parameters.

Hello,
The IT team can add more filters in “More filters” section, and Auction feature, but the team does not see filter by “year of construction”. The new version should be available at the end of this March.

Did I understand correctly that if it is possible to filter listings by parking and auction on the idealista.com website, you could update your API with these two parameters?

It would be possible if you can do the same on Idealista.com as this API reproduces PUBLIC data and features of the site.
