After reading the tutorial posted I understand how to import raw data but could you make it clear how to export as raw data on audacity.

Well, your base64 string may not be valid. You then read/check everything again with CARE, and try again. Regards.
ok I see now that it must be below 500 kb, 16 pcm, mono, and little end. After testing I am getting error that says - 500 - Server Error. What is going on
above is a screenshot on the options when exporting on audacity. What should I put in each section to export as raw data
