Is the Basic Plan description correct?

Hi I have a question!
In the description of the basic plan it says that we have 10 requests per hour, which gives us 240 requests per day. However, in the description of the plan it says that the limit is 24 requests per day.

I assume it means 10 per h until the maximum of 24 is reached.
