api working half times and half times getting unknkown output can you fix this

Your API is really awesome. Please fix the thumbnail issue. I want to buy Monthly subscription.

already your api work well when it will send only three carousel , thumbnail and downloaded url on every request received , now only carousel multiple image/video work, single image or video not work it give error data: { detail: { status: false, result: null, message: ‘Invalid URL’ } } on every signle image or video i try most of time , when issu resolved,

I’m trying to solve problems with thumbnails, most of the time they are coming up as None

Already your api give thumbnail url either single image, video or carusle now only doanload url we received from response. how i can display thumbnail of video and single image in case of carusole url show picture only.waiting for your good response as soon.

I also test yesterday having some more issues in API on video download you don’t show any thumbnail for display and also have same problem with single post.
