Amazon Region and Product Filters

I was just wondering if it was possible to specify more than one region when using the search. Also, could you could give me all the filters which could be in asin_options as I am finding them manually and it is nearly impossible to find all of them.

So far, you cannot search product from multi amazon region , because it take too much resource to handle.
And we are developing the features to get the filter of variant product. We will tell you when we have done.
