Hi,
Exist any possibilities to sort following users by date when someone started observe?
Generally i want to take the newest following users, dont care about rest of following.

I understand that you would like to sort the following users based on the date when someone started observing them, and retrieve the newest following users. However, this is not possible as the following/followers list comes as Twitter wishes.
I am not aware of any way to sort the following users by the date of observation using the Twitter API.
