Reels 404 on certain accounts - works on account info

Hi,
when i try to use the Reels endpoint on this account: valeng_rodriguez13 i get the error not found, but using the user info the account data is loaded. Can anyone help me?

@mrngstar we tested that API some time ago. It reports 3-second video view counts instead of 1ms play counts. We're happy to know the 3-second view count but we **must** have the play count.

We see this too. It has affected ~9% of our handles. It appears to have started on 2024-04-25 (about a week ago).
