What timespan in meant by the timestamp

Maybe a dumb question, but if the API tells me that at 10:00:00 the plant might give me 500wh. Does that mean that, in the time from 09:00:01 to 10:00:00 it will make 500wh or that from 10:00:00 to 10:59:59 it will make those 500wh?

Sorry for this maybe dump question...

Alte timestamp fields are in UTC. So if the API tells you 09:00 it will be 11:00 in Germany (during summer time). The range always lasts until the next forecast. Side note: We plan to offer a 15 minute service which will have same behavoir.
