Any way to get Live Odds?

I am on your website and am seeing blank (–) for a live ncaa basketball game. Is there any reason for this? Note: I went on to a sportsbook that you support (Bovada) and was able to see live odds during the entire game

Thanks for reaching out.
We only currently provide in-play/live odds for Pinnacle, Matchbook, and Redzone, although we are in the process of adding more. These live odds will be available using the “?include=all_periods” events requests in the “period_live_full_game” attribute of the “line_periods” response for the supported sportsbooks.
