symbol/transcripts not working

Hi all,
Yesterday I was using the endpoint to get articleids for the last earning call transcript for some companies.
Today it is not working, I tried through the test endpoints and returns status_code 424 with the following content:
{“detail”:“General client error, try again”}

Any idea on what can be happening?
