Cant collect the botscores

I am unable to collect the botscores from yesterday night, please solve this issue, I am currently enrolled to Botometer Pro Plan, please let me know the issue.

The issue is not yet fixed, please let me know what is going on, what is the problem on your side? WHether the server is down?
Please allow me to subscribe for the ultra plan so that fast I can collect the botscores whatever I need. My requirment is few, so please solve the issue bit fast.
No I am getting all zeros in the field of botometer score field, it is not showing any error, I am running my script in Jupyter Notebook. I am ready to pay the botometer pro ultra plan, that too not allowing me to subscribe, please solve the problem fast as it is a part of my research and got stuck, my submission date is near.
Can you be more specific about the issue? Are you getting errors?
