Actually I am facing the problem with Vine Video Posting through my app. I am using https://github.com/VineAPI/VineAPI/blob/master/endpoints.md link to post vine video.
I managed to post the thumbnail of video with this API (PUT - https://media.vineapp.com/upload/thumbs/1.3.1.mp4.jpg)
Also I have posted the Video using this one (PUT - https://media.vineapp.com/upload/videos/1.3.1.mp4)
But when I try to hit this API,

POST - /posts

Parameters - videoUrl, thumbnailUrl, description
Although I am getting the success response from the API, the final url given is not working. Means the Video link generated is not working. Please help me with this. If I am doing something Wrong.
