API unreachable , contact API provider

I've been trying to run the OCR example but it keeps on telling me that the API is unreachable. How do i fix this i've not changed the code at all. All i did was provide the URL to the image that i wanted to test the API endpoint on.Junte-se à discussão - adicione o comentário abaixo:
