When doing a search by UK Postal Code UB9 5EJ, the search formerly return “Denham”, which is an exact match, and now it returns “South Bucks”, which is the equivalent of searching for “Los Angeles” and returning “Southern California”.

Perhaps your new providers granularity is not up to par.
