can you explain me how the payment works. If I exceed 100/day one day I pay 0.1$ for each request (?!) or just a 0.1$ more per month for more than 100/day average? In another words: If I have 0 request one day and 200 request on another - you count it still as 100/day or you charge me 10$?!
