How do I get pricing information? I tried a couple test queries in the explorer and the fares section of the response always said price not available.

Additionally I have tried Berlin -Hamburg and indeed there is no price available … so this API is useless for me 😦
Hi I would assume because the start and end point of your query is within a city and for this kind of use cases mostly local providers are used.
As example in Berlin: the BVG is the local provider for the public transport. Mostly it is the same when you are searching it on the DB- web site. There is also no price available.
