Hi, I’m trying the API, using the example images everything goes fine, but if I change the source image for one of mine no matter what always get this error:

The provided SourceImageUrl is not a valid file. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

Don’t know what should I do to fix this, there’s no docs that tells me about dimensions, size, format, anything I can use as guide
