We went to make a revision to our product today and it has come to my attention that this API hasnt worked in months, and in reviewing open tickets you were notified at least 2 months ago. Please refund my account since it has been down. If you’re not sure when this broke, I will look back and see the last successful call in our system. If I dont hear back in 5 business days I will provide this information to my credit card company and dispute the charges.
