strange - I see you’ve subscribed to paid account, but no incoming requests from you. At the same time I see other users with paid accounts sending their requests successfully.
Are all services fail with “This endpoint is disabled for your subscription” message? Are you trying in rapidAPI client (https://rapidapi.com/chdan/api/otp-authenticator -> Endpoints) or externally (Postman, curl, etc.)?
