80% off my requests are ending in 502 or 504

Question

Hello, i have an app that uses your translation system and currently is returning all the time the following error for all my users:

“messages”:“The API is unreachable, please contact the API provider”
“info”:“Your Client (working) —> Gateway (working) —> API (not working)”
}
And then, as i decided to try it out by myself using postman i’m constantly gettin another error:
