Option data is missed

Question

I send 4-5 requests for ACTC ticker during 10 minutes: 
firs time I receive "options" with full data 
second "options" is empty 
third option with data but "2021-12-17" strike is missed 
on forth time "options" with full data again

ACTC does not seem to be a valid stock symbol any more. The last active trading date is  Sun, Jun 13th, 2021.

Would you please try a different stock to see if you experience same issue ?
