The endpoint you want to use for retrieving property tax data is “Property Records” (/properties). You can see example usages of this endpoint, as well as code samples in many popular programming languages on this page:
Once you retrieve that data, property tax assessments will be returned in the taxAssessment field, and actual tax information in the propertyTaxes field, with entries for each year data is available.
