Find Entity Returns 200 OK but always returns an empty response

Question

Find Entity Returns 200 OK but always returns an empty response. This is when using the Search  api call. I wanted to see the entity Id so that I can call the get Information endpoint.

But the search endpoint doesn't seem to be working.  Any idea what might be wrong?
