What should i put in the proxy field?

I can't get the api to work.
Apparently i need to input proxy bbut even if i enter in a way ip:port it doesn't seem to work. Can you give me an example of what i need to input here?

I saw you are getting 400 error with the body response

this is because you didn’t provide the right proxy shema
it is like this exactly

http://ip:port <- If you don’t need the username or password
http://username:password@iP:port <- If your proxy requires authentication
